Residents of Celebration now have a new poke-focused dining option within their reach. Island Fin Poké Company opened this winter off West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, and offers Dole Whips in addition to traditional poké bowls. Owner Mark Setterington plans to open five more locations in the next year.

Boasting a unique assortment of made-to-order quick service dishes, aptlynamed Wonton Asian Kitchen is now open in Winter Park.

Known for their signature deep dish pies, long-standing restaurant Rossi’s Pizza and Pasta closed its doors this past December. Owner Ron Rossi opened the establishment over 52 years ago and he contributed the closure to a decline in sales following the 2008 recession.

Dining and entertainment hotspot Disney Springs continues to see rapid expansion. Their newest addition is The Edison, a 1900s power plant themed gastropub that aims to immerse guests in an Old-Florida style setting. Diners can expect modern American fare and a separate bar area with live nightly entertainment.
