This craft is one that kids can easily make…just in time for Grandparents’ Day on September 9. Really make Nana and Grandpa’s day special and let the kids put a photo of themselves into this colorful frame for a unique, personal gift.

Materials you will need:

• Wooden picture frame (craft store) or old framed mirror. Make sure frame has a flat surface and is wide enough to hold several rows of glass globs.
• Acrylic paint -assorted colors (Metallic paint for accent looks super cool!)
• Paint brushes
• Flat sided glass marble globs
• Craft glue that will dry clear

Instructions:

1. Paint the frame edges with different acrylic paint colors, as shown, and let dry completely.
2. Glue the glass marble globs onto the frame and see the colorful iridescent effect.
3. Allow the glue to dry and then insert your photo.
