Watermelon Snow Cones
This fruity twist on a classic snow cone is really cool! These sweet treats are fun to make and to eat.
Ingredients | Servings: Vary, as desired
- Seedless watermelon
- Vanilla yogurt
- Sweetened coconut
- Sprinkle or jimmies
- Ice cream cones or paper snow cone cups
Instructions
- Using an ice cream scooper, mold watermelon in balls; place them in the freezer on a waxed paper-lined cookie sheet for no more than 1 hour.
- Remove watermelon balls from freezer. Roll them in vanilla yogurt; then roll in sweetened coconut.
- Place watermelon ball in an ice cream cone or snow cone cup.
- Top with sprinkles or jimmies, or other topping as desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
