Our Whole Community Healthy Living Expo
Our Whole Community wants to educate, motivate, and inspire your family to pursue optimum health. Learn how to fully integrate wellness into your life at the inaugural Our Whole Community Healthy Living Expo, a FREE innovative program in partnership with the City of Winter Park, Florida Hospital Family Residency Program, and the University of Central Florida’s College of Nursing.
Participate in demonstrations and discussions surrounding nutrition, active living, gardening, and much more on healthy lifestyles. Plus, let your sneakers hit the pavement with an enjoyable guided walking tour of beautiful Winter Park. Exhibitors will be on hand to offer tons of healthy lifestyle options and resources. And experience a variety of FREE health assessment stations including: cholesterol, glucose, and breast cancer screenings, osteoporosis evaluations, good hygiene practices, and blood pressure checks.
