FTP Upload Instructions

We will provide you with a username and password to upload your ad(s) upon the signing of your contract. You will need to use an FTP client, such as FileZilla, which is free and downloadable here.

Once installed, open the program and enter the following information at the top:

Host: ftp.orlandofamilymagazine.com
Username: (your unique username that we provided you)
Password: (your unique password that we provided you)
Port: (leave blank)
Click Quickconnect.

Your computer files will show on the left side and our FTP server will show on the right side. Browse to your ad file(s) on the left on your computer and upload by right clicking and selecting “Upload”.

Once your file(s) are uploaded, please let us know by emailing us at Production@OrlandoFamilyMagazine.com.
